You are pr...Hey Clint, Don't beat yourself up. You are probably in much better shape than you're giving yourself credit for. Take it easy & cruise slow those first few miles, the deMar course is great in the first half. Just don't go out too fast. You know the drill. I'll be on the course at a couple of spots, I'm going to pace a guy for the 2nd half or so. He's only shooting for a 3:30 BQ. I'll have Gu, Shot Blocs & Gatorade if you want any thing on the course. You have a wealth of experience, races and long term training to draw on. It's not only about what you've been doing in the last couple of months.
